Even if you arrive late, participation may be exceptionally permitted only if you arrive before the end of the first round and present an official delay certificate issued on the same day by a public transportation provider.

In cases where participation becomes impossible due to major transportation disruptions, service suspensions, or natural disasters, the entry fee may be eligible for a refund.

本大会は屋内会場で開催されるため、 原則として、天候に関わらず大会は実施いたします。
台風、大雪等の特別な事情が発生した場合のみ、 大会全体の安全を最優先に判断し、対応を決定いたします。

As the tournament is held indoors, it will generally proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Only in exceptional circumstances, such as severe typhoons or heavy snowfall, will the organizers evaluate the situation and make decisions with participant safety as the top priority.

冠婚葬祭、体調不良、私用など、 個人的な事情によるキャンセルにつきましては、 参加費のお振込み完了後（4月以降）は いかなる理由であっても返金できません。

本大会では、事前準備および運営体制の都合上、 個別事情による返金対応は行っておりません。 あらかじめご了承のうえ、お申し込みください。

Cancellations due to personal reasons, including weddings, funerals, illness, or private matters, are not eligible for refunds once payment has been completed (from April onward), regardless of the reason.

大規模な交通機関の運休・長時間の遅延、 自然災害、または大会側の判断による中止等、 個人の責任を超えた不可抗力によって出場が不可能となった場合に限り、 返金を検討する場合があります。

ただし、返金をお約束するものではありません。 返金の可否および対応内容につきましては、 大会会長・審判長・大会役員による合議のうえで決定いたします。

Refunds may be considered only in cases of force majeure, such as large-scale transportation shutdowns, severe delays, natural disasters, or tournament cancellation decided by the organizers, which make participation impossible beyond the participant’s control.

本大会の各種規定・運営方針・スケジュール等は、 運営上の必要や安全上の判断により、 予告なく変更される場合があります。

The tournament rules, policies, and schedules may be subject to change without prior notice due to operational or safety considerations.

本大会に関する規定の解釈および最終判断は、 大会会長ならびに大会運営側に帰属します。
いかなる場合においても、運営判断を最終決定といたします。

The final authority regarding interpretation of rules and all tournament-related decisions rests with the Tournament Director and the organizing committee.
All operational decisions made by the organizers shall be considered final.

優勝カップは大会で保管し、テナントリボンにお名前を記載して取り付けることで、その名誉を称えます。
The championship trophy is kept by the tournament. The winner’s name will be engraved on a ribbon attached to the trophy to honor the achievement.
なお、カップをお持ち帰りいただくことはできません。
The trophy cannot be taken home.

本大会では、安全確保および競技運営上の理由から、顔を完全に覆うお面の着用は原則不可としています。
For safety and competition management reasons, masks that completely cover the face are generally not permitted.

ただし、以下の条件を満たすものに限り着用を認めます。
However, the following types are allowed:
・忍者の覆面：目の部分が必ず露出しているもの
・Ninja-style masks where the eye area is fully visible
・狐面など：顔の下半分のみを覆い、上半分がはっきり見える構造のもの
・Masks such as fox masks that cover only the lower half of the face

上記条件を満たさないお面・覆面は着用できません。あらかじめご了承ください。
Masks that do not meet these conditions are not permitted.

下駄の着用につきましては、本大会ではご遠慮いただいております。
Wearing geta sandals is not permitted at this tournament.

下駄の音が競技中の選手の集中を妨げる可能性があること、また会場設備を傷つける恐れがあるためです。
This is because the sound may disturb competitors’ concentration and could damage the venue floor.
